1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of Proxima Launcher software (hereinafter: "Launcher") provided by IVsystems Mikołaj Gawendowicz, address: Szczecin, ul. Władysława Łokietka 5/2, 70-254, NIP: 9552578078, REGON: 527599397 (hereinafter: "Provider"). By using the Launcher, the user accepts these terms.

2. Service description

The Launcher is free software that enables launching Minecraft. The Launcher is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft Corporation.

3. Requirements

Using the Launcher requires a computer running Windows 10 or later, or Linux. In some cases an internet connection may be required.

4. User account

The Launcher supports login via Microsoft account. Microsoft login uses the official Microsoft authentication system and no data from this login is transmitted to the Provider.

5. Liability

The Launcher is provided "as is". The Provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the Launcher, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. Intellectual property

The Launcher is the property of the Provider. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios. The user does not acquire any intellectual property rights to the Launcher beyond the right to use it in accordance with these terms.
